Dtown Productions is a San Diego staple in event production, planning, promotion, and marketing. Originally started in 2003, Dtown quickly became a recognized entity in the city’s nightlife industry.
From early 2004 through 2007, Fridays at Aubergine proved to be the event that put Dtown Productions on the promotional map. For almost 4 years, Dtown successfully promoted a weekly Friday night, an accomplishment not many production companies can lay claim to. In addition, Dtown Productions has promoted weekly Friday events at all of the best venues in the city, including Confidential, Stingaree, Side Bar, Voyeur, and Hard Rock Hotel San Diego’s two venues, 207 and Float… and is currently holding down Fridays at Sidebar Nightclub. Dtown currently also has regular weekly Wednesdays at Guesthouse @ Stingaree, Thursdays at Ivy Nightclub of Andaz Hotel San Diego, Saturdays at Voyeur Nightclub, and Sundays at Bar West in Pacific Beach.
Led by Kevin Brown and currently operated by event mastermind Aaron Wellman, Dtown Productions has continued to grow into the full-scale production company that it is today. We provide our clientele with a full range of services that encompass every aspect of event production; yet we are expanding by the minute due to our company’s ever-persistent mindset and extremely high expectations. We constantly strive to maintain a professional, yet simultaneously very personal working relationship with all levels of staff in the San Diego nightlife industry, while also assuring we fulfill the specific needs for the entertainment atmosphere our clientele is seeking.
